Comrade Ibe Daniel emerges as the current and the first elected Chairman
POWA Union Umuahia. The election was held at POWA secretariat Niger
road by Lagos street. The aspirants are Ibe Daniel( current chairman),
mr Emeka and chief Emeka. Comrade ibe Daniel has 69 votes, Mr Emeka has
33 votes while Chief Emeka has 3 votes. The election was observed by
two officers from Area Command.
Comrade Ibe, after the declaration as the Chairman promised to serve the Union to the interest of all the members of the Union.
